Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to create a precisely refined nose that looks natural, conforms to the face, with minimal or no swelling, using ultrasonic piezo surgery, up-to-date approaches.

Surgical Approach

Dr. Altindag's personal preference is for patients with nasal tip problems; usually rhinoplasty is performed with open technique. Through this approach, the tissues covering the cartilage and nasal bone are removed through a small incision made between nostrils. The problems in nose can be detected more accurately with fewer complications. The correct determination of the nose discomfort in the open technique increases the success of the operation and the possibility of revision surgery is greatly reduced. If no changes are required at the tip of the nose and there are limited problems; Our doctor will prefer rhinoplasty with a closed (intranasal) approach.

Our Procedures

Primary Rhinoplasty

Patients who have not had rhinoplasty before will be satisfied with their first surgery with open or closed or combined techniques and will leave with good results.

Tip Plasty

In rhinoplasty, the tip or nasal tip aesthetics is the most difficult area. Skin type can be a degree of difficulty for surgeons, our experienced specialist doctor takes this into consideration.

Nostril Surgery

In some patients, this surgery is used to reduce the width of the nostrils slightly.

Revision Rhinoplasty

Revision or Secondary Rhinoplasty can be planned following the first rhinoplasty (normally after at least 12-18 months).Revision rates are very low in experienced hands.

Piezo Surgery

It is a process that uses piezoelectric vibrations to cut bone tissue.

Just Septoplasty

The septum is in the midline, separating the nasal cavities. A nasal curvature that blocks the space can be felt by the patient (difficulty breathing or odor, etc.). Septoplasty is the correction of the nasal septum.
