CostaDental - Overview

CostaDental is a specialist dental clinic located on the tourist resort island of Cozumel in Mexico, established in 2000.

CostaDental offers cost effective dental services, including dental cleaning and whitening, crowns and veneers, dental prosthesis, extractions, white resin fillings and inlays, and dental implants.

There are two dentists at CostaDental, Dr Moises Hernandez and Dr Juan Carlos Nava Gallardo. Dr Hernandez is a dental surgeon educated at the National University of Mexico and a member of the Mexican Dental Association. Dr Gallardo is a dental surgeon and was educated at the University of Puebla. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and has completed postgraduate courses in Dental Implantology and Advanced Bone Grafting among others.

Around 200 international patients, from Canada, USA and England are treated at CostaDental each year. International patients can communicate with the staff at CostaDental in English, Spanish, French and German.

CostaDental can assist with arrangements for accommodation and the clinic offers transportation between the clinic, the hotel and airport. A personal escort can be arranged for those in need. The clinic has liability insurance.

The island of Cozumel boasts hotels and guesthouses in all price ranges and restaurants and bars are within easy reach. There is plenty to do once the dental procedure is taken care of – Cozumel has white sand beaches, snorkeling, tours and cruises on offer.
