Dra. Stephany Quintero is an ophthalmologist who specializes in eye disease treatments. She graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and completed her internship at the Hospital General Del Estado de Sonora. Dra Quintero earned a post-graduate degree with the specialty in ophthalmology at the Associacion Para Evitar la Ceguera en Mexico Hospital and did her fellowship at the same hospital on cornea, external eye diseases and refractive surgery. She is trained to practice advanced eye procedures and use the latest ophthalmology equipment. Dra. Quintero extends her learning through specialty classes, seminars, and participating in professional associations.

The Santa Cruz Clinic was first established in 1964 by Dra. Quintero’s father, Dr. Rigoberto Quintero. Dra. Quintero took over the operations in 2003. The clinic employs high tech equipment in evaluating patients and determining prescriptions for eyeglasses and contact lenses. Dra. Quintero offers as well a large selection of eyeglass frames and contact lenses too. The glasses available are of different kinds likewise.

Dra. Quintero is also an eye surgeon who services laser surgeries for patients with myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and those needing the Lasik Laser Surgery.
