The Nuevo Laredo branch is just across the border from Laredo, Texas, while the Monterrey branch is about 100 miles south the border. Dr. Manuel Sanmiguel leads a team of plastic surgery professionals in his centers. Dr. Sanmiguel is trained by the father of plastic surgery, Dr. Ralph Milliard Jr., and gained his mastery from his learning and experience with Dr. Milliard. Dr. Sanmiguel founded Sanmiguel Pastic Surgery in 2000. He is certified by the Mexican Board of Plastic Surgery and he holds memberships to a number of organizations in his field.
