GIREXX is a modern, fully equipped fertility clinic, located in the Spanish city of Girona.
The clinic staff consists of four resident doctors who specialize in gynecology and human reproduction, supported by embriologysts, lab technicians, and patients service personnel.

The procedures offered at GIREXX clinic include IVF, Egg donations, ICSI, Assisted hatching, Sperm donations, PGD and many other techniques used in assisted reproduction.

A cutting edge technique being used in GIREXX is the IMSI technique (Intracytoplasmic morphologically-selected sperm injection), that helps in selecting high quality sperm from the husband to be used in the fertilization process. IMSI increases the chances of a successfull pregnancy by around 20%.

GIREXX international department is organised so that the couple can easily communicate with the gynaecologists and embryologists to ensure that at the first appointment all the required information is already available and the treatment can be planned.
