The Cabo Orthopaedics Joint Replacement Clinic is located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico The clinic was established in 2011 by Dr. Gerardo Mangino, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. The clinic has four board-certified physicians and is affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).

The clinic treats between 100 and 150 international patients annually, mainly from the USA and Canada.

The Cabo Orthopaedics clinic provides private medical care for patients, including both surgical and non-surgical treatments.

The clinic offers arthroscopy, partial and total knee replacement, hip replacement, spinal discectomy, spinal decompression and general orthopaedics (including bunion surgery, rotator cuff repair, carpal tunnel decompression, ganglion excision and trigger finger release).

The Cabo Orthopaedics clinic houses patients in private rooms, with a telephone in each room. The clinic also has a cafeteria and a pharmacy. The clinic uses electronic medical recordkeeping.

Staff members of the Cabo clinic communicate with patients in both English and Spanish.

The clinic will make flight arrangements for patients and it will assist with accommodation arrangements, recommending hotels for family and friends with discounted rates and making reservations, if necessary. In addition, the clinic offers transportation services between the airport, clinic and hotel. Patients can also receive assistance with insurance coordination.
