About	Dr. Armando Mantecón is one of the most passionate surgeons in our network and his love for orthopedic and spinal surgery is reflected in his successful track record. Since he was a child, Dr. Mantecón has been interested and motivated by the complexity and perfection of the biomechanics in the human body and his biggest reward is witnessing the impact his work can have on other people. He has studied and trained at the best medical institutions in Mexico, learning from the best orthopedic surgeons, and continuously attends international training courses organized by elite orthopedic associations. Dr. Armando Mantecón also performs exhaustive Stem Cell Therapy research to complement and enhance the results of his surgical procedures. He is one of the few orthopedic surgeons who believe in the power of Stem Cell Therapy to regenerate damaged cartilage in the joints and already has seen a decrease in surgeries as a result of this regenerative treatment.
