Ojas Laser Eye Surgery Center is an eye clinic with advanced facilities that provide superior medical solutions for patients with eye/vision problems. The clinic caters to both national and international patients. The medical team of Ojas comprises of specialist ophthalmologists, of whose expertise cover the different subspecialties of opthalmology. The team is lead by Dr. Niteen C. Dedhia, who also serves as the medical director of the clinic. Supporting Dr. Dedhia are: a squint surgeon, an oculoplastic surgeon, a medical retina specialist, a vitreo retinal surgeon, and other ophthalmology doctors, as well as two anesthetists.

Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and techniques in the field of ophthalmology, Ojas was able to pioneer the use of Wavefront Guided Customized Lasik treatment in India. Ojas was also the first to perform the Phakic Intra-Ocular lens implantation, and the first to introduce specialized services of a Retinal Clinic including retinal angiographies and retinal laser treatment.
