For patients above 45:
- A stamped and signed report must be obtained from an internal medicine and cardiology doctor stating that patient is “fit for pregnancy via IVF”
- Additionally, a full abdominal ultrasound and a breast ultrasound should be performed by the radiology department.
- A smear test report must be obtained from the gynaecology (obstetrics and gynaecology) department.
