- Dr.Sridhar.A.S is working as Consultant Radiologist at Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore.
- He has been working in Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore from its inception after his long association in Chennai.
- He started his Radiology career at the Apollo Hospitals Chennai, when he joined for post-graduation (DNB Radio-diagnosis) in the year 2001 and gained immense working experience, skills and knowledge from eminent world-renowned faculty.
- Dr.Sridhar has wide experience in all the modalities of diagnostic radiology – Radiography, Ultrasonography / Doppler, CT, MRI, fluoroscopic procedures.
- He has been using state-of-art equipments from the beginning of his career and is proficient in imaging guided non-vascular diagnostic invasive procedures.
- He is also actively involved in teaching programs of the PG students in Radiology.
- He gained good experience in the understanding of catheter cardiac angiography, after working under the guidance of world-renowned interventional cardiologist Dr.Mathew Samuel.K at Apollo Hospitals Chennai.
- This subsequently motivated him to develop special interest in Non-invasive Cardiac imaging, especially in MDCT Coronary angiography, which translated to the dedicated work on its study protocols, assessment of parameters and diagnostic accuracy.
- Experience prior to post graduation at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology as a resident and after post graduation, as a radiology registrar at Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Chennai, which specializes in Oncology and Trauma care, has enhanced the imaging understanding with oncological perspective.
- He rendered services as Consultant at Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute for one year, which provided invaluable teaching experience to guide the post-graduate students. |
