- Dr. K. Subramanyam is a specialist in pain management and usually attends to patients in Intensive Care Units(ICU). He is in-charge of administering anaesthesia to various departments like Neonatal, Pediatric, non-cardiac thoracic surgery, renal transplant and liver transplant. He also administers covers for neuro and cardiac surgery.
- He received Solid Organ Transplant training from the University of Nebraska Medical Centre, Ohama, USA. This included training from complex cardiac surgeries, ventricular assist device therapy and heart transplants.
- He has also attended a specialized Liver Transplantation training in Asan Medical Center in Seoul.
- He did his Post Graduate course of M.D from KMC, Mangalore..
- Senior House Officer at St. Martha’s Hospital. Three years later, he reached the post of Junior Medical Officer.
- He came to Bangalore Kidney Foundation and worked with the transplant team.
