Dr Shweta Tyagi is a trained Emergency Physician from the prestigious Christian Medical College, Vellore. She completed her fellowship in 2010. Her clinical research includes a prospective study on 600 patients who presented to ER with acute chest pain, to determine the sensitivity and specificity of serial ECGs VS serial cardiac enzymes as diagnostic of acute coronary syndrome.
She has the experience of management of all Emergency patients. She is abreast with advanced cardiac life support, advanced trauma life support, Pediatric advanced life support and Pediatric emergency medicine course.
Before joining SevenHills Hospital she was working as a consultant in Emergency Department at Jehangir hospital (in collaboration with Apollo group), Pune.
She feels Emergency Decision making is critical in deciding patient outcome hence right treatment to the right patient at the right time can save a life.He is also the proud recipient of the “Best Paper Award” at 140th Research Meeting of MRC Bombay. |
