Associate Professor Harsha Chadaga completed a Diploma in Medical Radiodiagnosis (DMRD) from Manipal University in India in 1998 and became a Diplomate of the National Board of Examinations (DNB) in 1999. In 2005, he completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship (PDCC) in Neurointervention under Professor Santosh Joseph at Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai. He was on the Radiology Faculty at Sri Ramachandra Medical College from 1998 to 2009 as an Associate Professor. Since 2009, he has been a Consultant Radiologist at Columbia Asia Hospital, Bangalore. In June 2011, Harsha Chadaga trained in MR Spectroscopy at Harvard Medical School under Dr. Alexander Lin at the Center for Clinical Spectroscopy in Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He attended the ASNR conference at Seattle in June 2011. He is a member of the Indian Radiology Imaging Association, the Indian Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology, Indian College of Radiology and Imaging, European College of Radiology and International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine.
Currently based in Columbia Asia Referral Hospital, Bangalore, Harsha Chadaga is the Head of the Teleradiology Section and manages Teleradiology operations across the country. As the Lead Neuroradiologist, he is consulted on all complex Neuroradiology cases and delivers lectures related to his subspecialty to Radiology Residents and Staff. He chairs the monthly Neuroradiology multi-disciplinary meeting. |
