Doctor Herrera received his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Panama in 1979. In 1985 finished a residency in Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital in Panama. In 1987, attended the National Institute of Perinatology, where he completed training as Neonatologist. |
