Major Positions Held: From 1981 through 1983, Doctor Rodríguez was the Emergency Room Physician at the Gorgas Memorial U. S. Army Hospital at the Canal Zone in Panama. From 1986 through 1987, he was the physician in charge at the Coronary Care Unit of the Air Force Central Hospital in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Doctor Rodríguez approved the Federal State License Examination in 1979 and the Medical Council Canadian Evaluating Examination in 1981.

Doctor Rodríguez received his Medical Diploma from the Autonomous University of México in 1977. In 1987, finished his residency in Cardiology at the Argentinean Society of Cardiology in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The following year, also in Argentina, attended a course in Hemodynamics and Interventional Cardiology at the Favaloro Foundation. In 1985, once again in Argentina, he attended a course of Echocardiography at the Argentinean Society of Cardiology. In 1986, attended the annual course on Cardiac Pacemaker at the Argentinean Society of Over-stimulation. In 1993, attended a course in Cardiovascular Interventional Procedures at the Baptist Hospital in Miami, Florida. The next year, 1994, attended a course in Transesophageal Echo at the Miami Vascular Institute in Miami, Florida. Also in 1994, attended a course in Nuclear Cardiology at the Saint Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, Texas. In 1996, attended a post graduated training |
