Major Positions Held:
Since 1998, Doctor Rumbo is the head professor of Rehabilitation and Occupational Health at the Medical Sciences Faculty of the Latina University in Panama. Since 1999 doctor Rumbo is a member of the Education Committee of the National Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Since 2002 she is the Deputy Medical Director of the National Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. |

Doctor Rumbo received her medical diploma at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Panama in1992. She became a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Rodrigo Facio University in Costa Rica in 1998. Attended a course in Management of Health Services at the Public Health School of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Panama in 2002. In 2003 attended a seminar on Orthesis and Prosthetic Advances for the lower limbs at the Doctor Arnulfo Arias Madrid Metropolitan Complex Hospital of the Caja del Seguro Social. In 2004 attended a symposium on Muscular Skeletical Imaging at the Doctor Arnulfo Arias Madrid Metropolitan Complex Hospital of the Caja del Seguro Social. In 2005 attended the World Congress of the International Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Sao Paulo, Brazil. |
