Dr. Alon Friedlander is the Director of The Spine Deformity Unit, specialist in Back and Spine Morbidities, graduated from the Sackler School of Medicine, TAU and completed his residency in Orthopedics at the Sheba Medical Center.
He then completed his clinical fellowship in the field of Spinal Care in three international medical centers. Upon his return to Israel, he began working as a Senior Physician in the field of Spinal Surgery in the Department of Neurosurgery and the Department of Orthopedics at Sheba.
Treatments and surgical procedures carried out by the Unit led by Dr. Friendlander: scoliosis surgery for children and adolescents, surgery for primary and secondary spinal tumors, a range of surgical procedures for spinal stenosis, front and back fixation, surgery for treatment of slipped discs, using both minimally invasive spine surgery and open techniques. Dr. Alon Friedlander is on Forbes list as one of the best doctors of Israel. |
