About	Ms. Sophia Melachrinou has participated in publications in international journals at Democritus and Harokopion University. In 2013 she decided to deepen her philosophy and practice in Hatha Yoga by completing her 200-hour and then 300-hour training course at Ghyta Yoga School (Complied with the requirements of the international Yoga Alliance certification). In 2015 she attended prenatal Birthlight Yoga teaching seminars for a deeper understanding of the beneficial effects of yoga during pregnancy.
