He has a degree in Medicine by the University of Navarra, post specialization in orthopaedic surgery by Vall de Hebron Hospital in Barcelona and a Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery by the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Dr. Malik is a certified fellow with USMLE certification at Hospital for Special Surgery, Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, also at Dorr Arthritis Institute, Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center in Los Angeles and an international fellow at College of Surgeons of East, Central and South Africa. Currently he is also a part time consultant in Sports Injuries at the Catalan Football Federation. |

Dr. Malik has more than 15 years of experience and extensive training in the United States, Spain and Kenya. Specifically, he is a great expert in reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee in adults, both prosthetic and arthroscopic. Also in minimally invasive surgery and anatomical deformities in patients with osteoarthritis. He has a teaching position at the University Hospital Sagrat Cor with students in medicine and physiotherapy and residents of family medicine and orthopedic surgery. |
