He was born in Usak in 1966. He completed his primary education in Fatih Primary School in Istanbul and his secondary and high school education in Balıkesir High School.
In 1988, he completed the Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. After working as a general practitioner in Urfa and Kastamonu, he completed the Internal Medicine Specialization Training at t Haseki Training and Research Hospital of the Ministry of Health in 1996. He made his national duty at Elazig Military Hospital in 1998 as a medical assistant.
Since 2009, he has been working as a part time internal medicine specialist in 2007 as a full time internal medicine specialist. Uskudar University, founded in 2011, is also the General Director of the Neuropsychiatry Health, Application and Research Centers (NPSUAM) & the Medical Director of the NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital Headquarters.
