Dr. Florencio Q. Lucero is a board certified plastic surgeon with Philippines and USA residency and fellowship training in Plastic Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery. He has over 25 years experience in private practice and in the university. He is a key opinion leader in the field of Plastic Surgery and holds various positions in the medical specialty societies.
Dr. Lucero received his medical degree from the Far Eastern University Institute of Medicine in 1970, with a year's internship at the USAF Hospital in Clark Airbase.
He has been in plastic surgery since 1979 having been duly certified by the Philippine Board of Plastic Surgery, the only board recognized by the Philippine College of Surgeons to certify plastic surgeons.
