Past Chair of the Specialist Training Committee (Pathology) in Singapore.
Certifications	Fellow, Royal College of Pathology in Australasia 1981. Fellow, Royal College of Pathology in United Kingdom 1982.
Memberships	Member of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases since 1984. Member of the Laennec Liver Pathology Society since 2008.
