Dr. Leslie Kuek was the plastic surgeon that led a team of volunteer Singaporean doctors and nurses, to help the victims of the Bali bomb blast in October 2002. He was also involved in the medical relief mission to Sri Lanka following the aftermath of the tsunami in December 2004. |
