Dr. Hugo Cortes is a surgeon who specializes in reconstructive, aesthetic and plastic surgeries. Aside from being a surgeon, he has worked as a professor, handling Plastic Surgery Postgraduate Programs at the Javeriana University – the same university from where he earned his degree.
