In 1995 she moved to Bogotá, Colombia and founded with Doctors Eduardo Castro Valderrama, Andrés Gutiérrez Aparicio y Ricardo Rueda Sáenz, the clinic Reprotec. She learned microinjection techniques at FIV Madrid clinic.
In 1999 she spent time at the Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore, MD, USA, one of the most prestigious hospitals in the United States and a reference hospital in Reproduction Endocrinology and embryo cultures.
There she learned among other things Assisted Hatching with fragment removal.
Since 2001 Dr. López Yáñez has worked in Spain, standardizing laboratories at different clinics: Fertilización in Vitro Ángela Palumbo in Tenerife, in Cáceres, in La Coruña and Ginefiv in Madrid where she was part of the medical team and also worked on the quality control of the laboratory.
She has published several articles in scientific journals and has participated in national and international conferences. |
